Sports Physicals will be April 16th, from 1-3pm, with Kaylea Bultmann, FNP, from Fitzgibbon Hospital. Physicals are FREE!! Contact Nurse Kim at kfranklin@lmvikings.org for a form or students can pick up forms outside her office as well.
