John Dennis Scholarship: From the MO Sheriff's Association for those who intend to pursue a criminal justice career. Must have 2.0 GPA. See Ming for application. Due Jan. 31, 2012.
Sedalia Noonday Optimist Scholarship: For Pettis county graduates who plan to attend State Fair Community College. Due March 1st.
Project 21 Scholarship: Students must write an article or create a poster/video addressing the issue of underage gambling. Two $1500 prizes and four $1000 available. Due March 9th.

CONTACT your college of choice and talk with them about what scholarships they specifically offer and how you can apply for them. Several colleges have scholarships available to only their students. Stay in close contact with the college's admission and financial aid office. They are the experts!
